Project and Portfolio Management

These dashboards cater to Project Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Project Management Office (PMO) Executive personas. Primary business questions are around how the portfolio or the underlying projects are performing in terms of cost, effort, and schedule variance. Further analysis can be done to identify project tasks and resources that are not performing as per the expectation.

Resource Management dashboards

These dashboards essentially cater to Resource Manager and provide a deep dive into the performance of resources in terms of allocation, utilization, and overtime. Resource Manager can also view details of a specific resource such as tenure, primary skill, role and so on along with weekly trends in allocation, utilization, and overtime. This dashboard can also be used by a Project Executive to view all resources working on their projects and do an in-depth analysis of their allocation, utilization, and overtime
