What's new in this release

The following new features and enhancements are offered as part of the latest release of Digital.ai Value Stream Intelligence:

Digital.ai Value Stream Intelligence 6.28

• New Continuous Testing Source Support - As part of the Integrate and Test Lens, we support a new source Digital.ai Continuous Testing.

• Integrate and Test Lens
  • Quality Test Execution iCube - The existing Quality Test Execution icube has now been enhanced to support SeeTest; a new source and a few attributes are included to provide more details on the Test Application. This iCube enables you to create ad hoc reports to help ensure that the test instance run procedures are efficient and timely.
• Operate and Monitor Lens
  • Ticket iCube - The existing Ticket iCube has now been enhanced and a few attributes and metrics are included. This iCube helps you derive insights into parameters, such as customer satisfaction, SLA metrics, resolution response times and leverage these insights to identify areas of improvement as well as gauge the quality of development, DevOps phases impacting customer product experience and the support issues faced.
  • Ticket Tag iCube - A new Ticket Tag iCube is introduced in this release. This iCube enables you to analyze your organization’s customer support engagement performance and process based on tickets associated with a tag, understand and analyze the various criteria associated with a ticket based on associated tags, count of tickets associated with a specific tag category and count of tags associated with a Ticket.
• Advanced Analytics
  • The existing Change Failure Predictions dashboard of the Advanced Analytics has now been enhanced with SHAP. SHAP values are displayed for each Risk factors and are used to understand the decision made by the ML model that takes the features as input and produces predictions.
  • The existing Change Failure Predictions of the Advanced Analytics have now been enhanced to support the XLR to ServiceNow to Jira integration using source metadata for establishing the links.
